About Me

My name is Annching, and I am on my way to getting my Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and Technology. I seek simplicity, passion, clarity, and creativity in my life. Fashion 2.0 is my blog, a collection of my thoughts, experiences, and work as I aim to move fashion forward with society in any way I can.

Presently
I completed an internship with a Vancouver lingerie company as of April 2009, and have been working as a sales and photography editing assistant for a wedding photography studio and bridal shop since October 2008. Until April 2010, I will be dedicating myself to my grad collection, which will become one of the main focuses of this blog. After that, I’m done school! I currently live and work in Vancouver, Canada.

In the Future
I would like to get into the fashion industry working in a technology-based creative environment. Although the future is wide open, I am interested in textile design and technology, graphic design, and entrepreneurship and/or freelance endeavours.

Oh, And:
I enjoy tofu dessert, online shopping window shopping, colours & white space, and lots of other cool stuff.

Thanks for visiting! I appreciate comments and would love to hear from my visitors.

    Hi Annching,

Just stumbled across your blog on one of the very rare occasions that I use facebook. I really enjoyed reading it and think it is a great way to think and grow along with our final year. I, myself, am trying to think and grow in India right now. Hope you accumulate energy and inspiration over the summer. See you in school.

p.s. Your room and your mac both look great! Now I dread the decluttering I will have to do when I get back.

    Hey Felice,
Glad you enjoy my blog, its definitely a great starting point for me in thinking about what I’m going to be doing for next year (or should I say starting next month? lol) India sounds so exciting, must be awesome to be able to think and grow there. Enjoy the rest of your summer, see you soon!
